Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- Your request is made within 14 days of your original purchase date
- You purchased directly through The Rooted Daughter Collective website
- The resource genuinely isn’t the right fit for you or your season of life
We evaluate refund requests with care and on a case-by-case basis, rather than a strict automated policy — we’d rather have an honest conversation with you than leave you unheard.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at support@rooteddaughtercollective.com or reach out through our Contact page, and let us know:
- The name and email address used at checkout
- Which resource you purchased
- A brief note on why it wasn’t the right fit (optional, but it helps us improve)
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing may depend on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
Prefer to try a different resource instead of a refund? Just let us know — we’re happy to exchange your purchase for another product in the Collective of equal or lesser value.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests made after the 14-day window has passed may not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchase-and-refund patterns.
Access & Delivery Issues
If you haven’t received your access email, or you’re having trouble opening or downloading your files, this typically isn’t something a refund fixes — it’s usually a quick delivery issue we can resolve directly. Please reach out to us first, and we’ll make sure you get access to what you purchased.
